Our coaches and board members are passionate about what we do.  We work collaboratively with one another and our partners to meet the training needs of individual archers, provide opportunities for at-risk youth, and to move the team's long-term goals forward sustainably and in balance with our mission.

We encourage proper training technique that will help to minimize injuries and prolong all archers’ shooting careers.  Our ultimate goal is to retain archers who will understand the benefits of both target archery and responsible bowhunting and bowfishing for conservation and stewardship, and who will translate their positive experience with the practice of archery into lifelong patterns for increased mental clarity, focus, goal-setting and success.
